I do this by renaming the current bashed patch to 'bashed patch old' or some such.

name: 'Immersive Citizens - AI Overhaul.esp'ġ) I do use SSEEditQuickAutoClean.exe 4.0.3, always and for ALL ports and translation I publishĢ) USSEP Unofficial Skyrim Special Edition Patch 4.2.5b DV is cleanģ) for port of LC's Jarl of Ivarstead to SSE cleaned with SSEEditQuickAutoClean.exe 4.0.3Ĥ) althought I uploaded here several cleaning reports, in LOOT it is not shown, however, the current loot gives no dirty warnings for unclean mods anymore. Later if you change anything, use your current bashed patch as a log for what needs to be re-edited when making a new bashed patch. Tick ONLY ONE MOD that you want to clean. Just cleaned a small handful of mods/files w/ 圎dit so I'll post the reports here. Run SSEEdit QuickAutoClean via Mod Organizer 2.
